Application for 2024/2025 School Year to Other Levels (Second Semester Admittance)

| Primary 1 to 4 (5 places for each level): |
| All applications should include the following documents: |

Application form (download from here); |
| • |
A photocopy of the applicant’s birth certificate; |
| • |
Copies of the applicant’s most recent school reports (Applicants should be positioned within the top ten of the class and the overall conduct should be Grade B+ or above for the whole academic year); |
| • |
A self-addressed and $2.2 stamped return envelope (23cm x 10cm) with the name of the applicant on it. |

| Application period: 2nd October, 2024 to 31st October, 2024 |

| Remarks: Applicants may consider their applications unsuccessful if they do not hear from our school by phone on or before 7th November, 2024 about taking tests. |
